Sue uses her years of experience working with ‘bodies’ of all ages, abilities, sports and activities to analyze movement patterns and tweak positions and ‘power’ applications for improved performance.  Whether this is done on the riding simulator, the treadmill, the rowing machine or the track stand the results are the same – more efficient performance, reduced discomfort and pain, improved muscle stamina, improved aerobic performance.
