Sue’s approach to Pilates is from an anatomical and practical perspective, getting the client to improve movement patterns, correct muscle recruitment and improve flexibility.   This approach has lead to Sue being one of the country’s leading experts in the field of Rider Anatomy with her book featuring on the reading list for the BHS instructor programme and being asked to speak live at The Horse of the Year Show.

Never one to stand still, Sue is now taking this analytical and anatomical approach and applying it cycling and rowing – two of her other passions (when time allows!).
